Six connection capabilities, organized by use case

The left window shows the corresponding client configuration, while the list on the right explains route selection, privacy settings, device management, and refund rules. Every option is designed around everyday cross-border access, so you do not have to keep trialing a long list of node names.

Manage route groups and connection modes separately

Choose a regional group such as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United States, or Canada first, then let the client apply a connection policy within that group. If a route becomes unstable, switch groups instead of rebuilding the entire configuration.

Cross-border links are often more affected by congestion and routing changes in the evening. VPNRG organizes IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes by region, so the client can identify the destination region first and then choose a suitable route within that group. When the connection fluctuates, keep the current app rules and subscription settings and adjust only the route group. This is clearer than trying nodes one by one from a long list, and makes it easier to distinguish regional, route-type, and local-network issues.

Global routes organized by region and type

Node names state the region, city, and route type directly. Identify the destination region first, then choose IEPL dedicated, relay, or direct access according to the connection method, rather than relying on an ID without knowing the actual exit location.

Hong Kong Hong Kong IEPL dedicated Supported; choose by content region
Japan Tokyo Relay Supported; choose by content region
Singapore Singapore Direct Supported; choose by content region
North America
United States Los Angeles IEPL dedicated Supported; choose by content region
Canada Vancouver Relay Supported; choose by content region

Start with the destination

Prioritize the regional group where your usual services are located. For Asian services, start with Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore; for North American content, choose the United States or Canada. Distance is only one factor—local network paths and time of use also affect the actual connection.

Then check the route type

IEPL dedicated routes suit work and persistent sessions that require a stable connection; relay routes use an additional link to organize the cross-border path and work well as a regular or backup choice; direct routes have a simpler structure and can be used when the local network path is suitable. Keep multiple groups in the client and switch when needed.

Finally, check app rules

If the route connects but an app remains inaccessible, do not keep changing nodes blindly. First check whether the app is included in the rules, then confirm that the subscription is current and the exit region meets the service requirements. Separating route, rule, and app status makes troubleshooting faster.

How to get your subscription

After creating an account, open the user panel and choose a monthly subscription or data package based on your actual usage. Once the plan is active, find the relevant platform entry in the client downloads area and get your subscription. Keep subscription content on your own devices and account; when routes are updated, retrieve it again from the user panel instead of maintaining every route parameter manually.

Monthly subscriptions and data packages

Choose a plan based on actual usage

Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date; data packages suit irregular usage, remain available until used, and never expire. All tiers support unlimited devices and a 60-day no-questions-asked refund.

60GB monthly subscription

500GB monthly subscription

¥28/month
500GB

Suitable for sustained multi-device connections, frequent media use, and large file transfers. If several desktop and mobile devices stay connected over time, this tier may be the better fit.

Data package: use until depleted

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB. Data packages do not reset monthly, making them suitable for longer gaps between use, changing monthly usage, or keeping unused data for later.

Plan adjustments and usage decisions

When choosing a monthly subscription, review whether you mainly use websites, development tools, online meetings, media, or file transfers. Text and web use generally consume less, while continuous media and large file transfers consume more. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days. If your usage is irregular, a data package does not expire with the calendar month, making long-term usage easier to control.

Configuration logic

Why use route groups

Traditional node lists often mix regions, cities, route types, and IDs at the same level. As the list grows, users are left trying options repeatedly. VPNRG first groups routes by region and then labels them as IEPL dedicated, relay, or direct, keeping the selection order consistent: identify the destination, choose the region, and then switch route types according to current network conditions.

This structure also works better across multiple devices. Desktop can retain work-app rules, while mobile can retain frequently used regional groups; group names remain easy to identify after a subscription update. When something goes wrong, assess the account, subscription, route group, app rules, and local network separately instead of attributing every issue to the same connection button.

VPNRG lists prices, data allowances, coverage, platforms, payment methods, and refund rules directly. No email address is required for registration; a username and password are enough. The service does not charge more as device count increases, and one account can cover Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, making consistent configuration across devices easier.
